How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm (GMT+8) will be processed the following morning.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Malaysian orders will be sent via Pos Malaysia and will be delivered in 1 - 7 business days*.
*Above time frames are estimations and some variances in delivery times may occur.

What is the process for returns and refunds?

Idaten Beauty will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened.  Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy and or taste of our products.
